Fundraising Your Volunteer Trip Volunteering abroad is an excellent way for you to learn about the world, its people, and its issues. But how can you spread this knowledge through your own community?
One of the best ways is to undertake a fundraising campaign, so that you can raise money for a good cause and also familiarize your friends, family, coworkers, neighbours, and even strangers with your volunteer trip. You can raise money to cover the cost of your placement in Thailand and/or to collect money to donate to the orphanage, school, sanctuary, or community group that you work with.
